A lush green enclave in downtown Reno, The Elm Estate is a versatile event venue combining rich history, modern elegance, and all-inclusive hospitality.

Exclusive Spaces

The Elm House

The Elm House offers a perfect backdrop for capturing your special moments. This 1880’s farmhouse features whitewashed walls, clean lines, and ornate details to elevate your special day. This historic home is one of Reno’s iconic landmarks. Completely renovated in 2017, we retained several original features as we upgraded the entire guest house to a highly functional and beautiful space. Inside, guests gather in the state-of-the-art kitchen and relax in our lush bridal lounge. Wrapping around the home is a sweeping porch equipped to host a ceremony, outdoor concert, rehearsal dinner, intimate gathering, or outdoor bar.

The Billiard Room

The Billiard Room is a luxury entertainment suite for you and your guests. With a sleek and modern atmosphere, including a pool table, TV, and wet bar, we invite you for friendly competition and cocktails. Custom whiskey and cigar lounge available upon request.

The Marquise Room

The Marquise Room accommodates large and small events, providing everything you need. The event space is perfect for casual, intimate, formal, or grand seating arrangements. Our full-service bar allows you to customize your own drink menu.

Our cottages are the “gems of Reno’s hidden gem”, with each one named and beautifully designed around a precious jewel. The units offer versatile options, including kitchenettes, family-friendly accommodations, and riverfront locations.
