Holiday Celebrations
Twinkling lights and stunning decor set the stage for an elegant and memorable celebration. The versatile Marquise room can be set to your specifications and includes state-of-the-art AV capabilities, a sleek and stylish bar, chandelier lighting, optional stage, podium, and a dance floor. This opulent space can accommodate up to 300 guests.

The Elm House
This timeless 1880’s estate is the epitome of modern heritage. Original brick accents, warm wood flooring and the preservation of the elegant staircase gives a nod to its original glory, while the modern living spaces are both luxurious and sophisticated. Ideal for private parties of up to 25 guests.
The Billiards Room
Available as an add-on for either the Marquise Room or The Elm House, the billiards room is the perfect addition to any party. Comfortable seating, separate bathroom, pool table and bar make this the place to kick back and relax.
Gemstone Cottages
