Here is an excerpt from the Reno Gazette Journal article featuring The Elm Estate.
“Today, the Elm Estate is a white picturesque restoration. Many of the rooms have been combined into open floor plans, new kitchens and wet bars have been added to the house. The bathrooms on the top floor have been remodeled with marble and modern fixtures, with a master bathroom that features a large two-person bathtub.
While renovating the house, Galgon’s husband Manfred suggested constructing a large reception building for events. The finished reception hall will come in just under 6,000 square feet and can hold 300 people for a wedding reception or more for a seated corporate event. “
