Yes, we are available by appointment only for tours throughout the week.
In order to hold your meeting date we require a signed Events Policies form, along with your event deposit and your refundable damage deposit.
We have the following available for use during your meetings: 1 podium, interior and exterior sound system, indoor projection system, wifi access, seating for 300 indoors and outdoors, round, rectangular, cocktail and farm tables.
You may access the venue with set tables and chairs two hours prior to your event.
Yes we have a projector and screen available for use. Please provide the media for projection 2 weeks prior to your event to your assigned venue coordinator.
The Elm Estate provides sound equipment to be used by a professionally licensed DJ in both the ceremony and reception space.
We do, we work with many caterers in the area, and will provide a preferred vendor list.
We will have parking available in the west parking lot, as well as parking on Chism Street behind the venue.
